Gentlemen – your Entertainments Officer has promised a special evening not to be missed at another new venue the recently refurbished Castle by the Sea on Mulgrave Place on Thursday 16 October 2025. Castle by the Sea was a former home of the artist John Atkinson-Grimshaw and the meal will be followed by a talk on the artist and his time in Scarborough from local art expert Andrew Clay. Will members please gather in the bar of the hotel from 7.00 pm onwards. The meal starts at 8.00 pm prompt! Parking is on street or in St Mary’s Church car park on Paradise.
