The first Chairman of Round Table was Sidney David McCloy; I remember him very well. He was a solicitor with Watts, Kitching, Donner & McCloy on Queen Street, later Bedwell, Watts (now part of North Yorkshire Law). He was a neighbour of ours on Hackness Road in the 70s.
