Dear Members,
I have discussed matters regarding the Coronovirus with our committee and I have spoken with Tom concerning the virus issues. It has also been confirmed that other organisations in town such as Rotary Cavaliers have cancelled all meetings until at least Easter.
I have now made the very sad decision that the Anton’s meeting this Thursday should be cancelled. Tom C, our Catering Officer, has contacted them to advise them of this yesterday (Monday) but he will keep us informed if there is any further feedback from them. We will arrange to visit them at a convenient date in the future.
The general feeling was that we should also postpone the AGM in April, but Tom is to report back concerning this matter.
