Our next meeting is on 19 May is at the Bryherstones, 7.30 for 8.00pm (with a walk beforehand – any volunteers from Iain, Ian or Nigel to organise this bit?).
Its an opt in meeting with partners.
The menu choices are:
Mains:- Steak Pie; Pan fried chicken breast in a mushroom sauce; Catch of the day (fish and chips); or smoked salmon and prawn platter (cold)
Desserts:- Brandy snap basket with toffee ice cream; Home made lime cheesecake; home made chocolate brownie
Can people let me know: if they are coming; how many of them are coming; and what their menu choices are no later than noon on Friday, 13 May 2016.
It has been noted that from previous years most walkers walk either from Station Road in Cloughton or Rocks Lane in Burniston along the cinder track. Both have car parking spaces. The catering team will then transport drivers only back to their cars from the Bryherstones at, say, 7.30 pm. We therefore suggest that anyone walking from Rock Lane should meet there at say 6.45 pm and those from Station Road meet at 7.00 pm, if you want to walk with others.
