NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 18.2 THAT THE 75nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION OF EX- ROUND TABLERS’ CLUBS WILL BE HELD IN THE SYTNER LOUNGE, SWALEC STADIUM, SOPHIA GARDENS, SOPHIA WALK, CARDIFF, CF11 9XR ON SATURDAY 4 APRIL 2020 STARTING AT 9.00 am.
Please note:-
1.Resolutions in accordance with Rule 18.4 should be sent to me to arrive not later than Saturday 1 February, 2020.
2.Nominations for any post of an Association Officer for the year 2020 – 2023 (as listed below) in accordance with Rules 6.1 and 6.5 should be sent to me as prescribed on the nomination/application forms (see links), to arrive not later than Saturday 1 February, 2020.
